	Always wash your hands before starting food preparation
	Use the correct hygiene and cleaning procedures. Keep kitchen surfaces clean with a hot soapy cloth and multi surface cleaner and clean utensils with hot soapy water
	Use separate utensils for raw and cooked chicken
	Keep frozen chicken stored below -18°C
	Always cook chicken products thoroughly following the guidelines
	If cooking raw chicken, the product core temperature should always reach 85°C.
	Always serve chicken piping hot.
	Don't handle food when you have had a stomach upset. If you have a bacterial infection this may spread to other people through the food which you have been in contact with.
